Style by Design offers a plethora of services throughout the project including architectural plan reviews, tile renderings and fireplace elevations. Not every project needs all of our services and that is always determined on the first consultation.

Meeting Services
Meetings are conducted in person or on video calls. A recap of each meeting is put into document form and emailed to the client. Prior to each meeting we send a meeting itinerary of talking points.
Budget
It is top priority to establish a preliminary budget and a final budget. It provides direction for us and our clients want to understand that the selections made are what they can afford.
Material Specifications
This service is provided for new construction and remodels. The materials are chosen in phases according to the timeline of the project. A specification notebook is created with all technical information of selections.
Research and Presentations
Extensive research is done for furnishings such as furniture, accessories, area rugs and art. The research is followed by presentations to the clients. Presentations are done by room or an entire house. Marianne has formed solid relationships with manufacturers from the West Coast to East Coast. Because of Style by Design’s volume, clients are given a large discount for purchase. The furniture lines have been hand picked by Style by Design and reflect a broad selection of every aesthetic.
2D Renderings
This service is provided when the client needs a visual representation of their selections in their home before purchasing.
Logistics
It is important to us that what you are purchasing is delivered and installed in a timely manner. We always handle damage and delays so that you can be worry free.
Job Site Visits
No matter what the project is, we make sure that we oversee the process.
