Style by Design has the tools and resources to make your project a pleasant, no hassle experience. We have aligned ourselves with some of the finest craftsman in the St George area who have the same level of commitment and passion for their work.
GETTING TO KNOW OUR CLIENT
The most important information we gather before the project begins is learning the lifestyle and demographic of our client. We want to know how they live daily, what they like do do in leisure time and what family time is about.
ESTABLISHING AND DEFINING YOUR BUDGET
It is critical to our team to learn about your budget.
Is the home an investment home, a rental home or a forever home? This is the time when we analyze which areas of the home are most important to your lifestyle and worth putting a little extra money into.
The designers at Style by Design present all of our clients with visual presentations of recommended furniture including samples of finishes and fabrics. All of our presentations will included multiple selections of each piece recommended to give our clients the feeling that they have gone shopping!
Based on the selections that the client has made a preliminary decision on, we will present a spreadsheet that will show costs on each piece for comparison. Included on the spreadsheet, we will show the MSRP, discounts given from Style by Design and the clients cost. We pride ourselves on being competitive with e commerce pricing.
MAKING DECISIONS TO PURCHASE
Once the designer and the client has approved the item and the cost we will transfer those items by room to a presentation sheet that shows the client how all selections work together so beautifully.
All invoices require a 50% deposit. Balance is due as furniture arrives at our receiver, Dixie Moving and Storage.
WAITING FOR YOUR PURCHASES TO ARRIVE
Style by Design will take care of all purchasing and follow through with our manufacturers. Upon ordering, we build a Google Spreadsheet that shows all items ordered, expected ship dates, the LTL Truckline that is transporting the goods to St George, Utah and any backorders on merchandise. This spreadsheet is our main communication between Style by Design, our receiver and our clients. We send spreadsheets to our clients every 2 weeks with updates. Our clients are always aware of where their purchase is from manufacturing to receiving. Once received at Dixie Moving and Storage, the merchandise will be inspected for visible damage and stored until the delivery has been scheduled.
On installation day we will meet Dixie Moving and Storage at your residence to unload, assemble and detail each piece that is placed in your home. If for any reason, there is damage to your furniture that piece will be reordered and replaced at the manufacturers expense.
